PETER STROMBERG, Managing Partner
Peter Stromberg received his B.S. in Mathematics from Purdue University in 1974 and his Ph.D. in Cultural Anthropology from Stanford in 1981. He received post-doctoral training in Psychiatry and Human Development at the University of California (San Diego) and the University of California (Berkeley). He has taught at the University of California (Berkeley) the University of Arizona, and the University of Tulsa, where he is now Professor of Anthropology. His expertise includes mental health, qualitative research methods, and discourse analysis. Dr. Stromberg is a member of the American Anthropological Association.
LAMONT LINDSTROM, Partner
Lamont Lindstrom received his Ph.D. in Anthropology from U.C. Berkeley in 1981, and is Professor of Anthropology at the University of Tulsa. He has also taught at the University of California (Berkeley), Rhodes College (Memphis), and the University of Papua New Guinea. His expertise includes ethnography, focus groups, sociolinguistics, and medical anthropology. Dr. Lindstrom is a member of the American Anthropological Association.
NELLY VANZETTI, Partner
Nelly Vanzetti received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 1987 from Catholic University (Washington, D.C.) and completed her post-doctoral training at Harvard Medical School. She is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Tulsa, having served previously on the faculty of psychology at the University of Tulsa. Dr. Vanzetti has expertise in clinical interviewing, quantitative research methods, questionnaire design, and resiliency studies.
SUSAN MILLER SCOTT, Research Director
Susan Scott received her Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology in 1995 from the University of Tulsa and completed her post-doctoral residency at the Oklahoma Department of Health Consortium. She is a clinical psychologist who was in private practice for ten years before joining Q2. Dr. Scott’s areas of specialization include child/adolescent mental health, psychological assessment, and research design. She is a member of the American Psychological Association.
RON JEPPERSON, Senior Consultant
Ron Jepperson (Yale Ph.D. 1992, M.Sc. London School of Economics) is currently Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of Tulsa, having taught previously at Stanford and the University of Washington. He has also worked in research, consulting, and administrative positions for Recht Hausrath & Associates (Urban Planning & Economics), the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, the Program in Urban Studies at Stanford University, the Stanford Program in International Legal Studies, and the Institution for Social & Policy Studies at Yale University. He has expertise in research design and quantitative methods.
JANET HASEGAWA, Senior Research Associate
Janet Hasegawa received her Ph.D. in Psychology in 1983 from Colorado University. She completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Pediatric Psychology at the University of Colorado Health Science Center. She practiced as a pediatric psychologist at the National Jewish Hospital and Research Center and at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, where she also served as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Hasegawa’s areas of expertise include child, adolescent, and pediatric psychology, learning disabilities, and psychological assessment.
LARRY SQUIRE, Statistical Consultant
Larry Squire received a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Windsor (Ontario) in Communication Studies. He has worked in the government, non-profit, and private sectors in the areas of public relations, research, and program evaluation. Currently he is Special Projects Manager with the Centre for Behavioural Research and Program Evaluation at the University of Waterloo (Ontario), as well as being a statistical consultant for Q2.
ELLEN RUNGE, Senior Research Assistant
Ellen Runge attended the University of Oklahoma and worked in the banking industry, including in supervisory positions, after leaving college. At Q2 she currently supervises interns and engages in qualitative and quantitative data collection, data entry, research, and writing.
DANIELLE DAVIS, Research Assistant
Danielle Davis is an undergraduate at the University of Tulsa, majoring in Anthropology. She intends to pursue a Ph.D. in the social sciences.
SHANNON SLAGLE, Research Assistant
Shannon Slagle is an undergraduate at the University of Tulsa, majoring in Sociology. She intends to pursue graduate work in the social sciences.
